Oceanside Collective Return Policy

Unless explicitly stated, in most cases orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Under no circumstances will return requests beyond this 14 day period be accommodated. 

Online Returns Policy

  • U.S. Domestic - For U.S. orders, all return postage costs will be paid for by Everfair Collective in the form of pre-paid shipping labels via USPS. Simply drop off the order at your local post office once the label has been provided to you via email. All return labels will be issued to the customer's email address provided at the time of checkout. 

  • International - Unfortunately, our pre-paid return shipping labels are only available to customers in the US. For international returns, please send your order in its original packaging to the following address:

    • Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Returns Department.
    • In your return package, be sure to include a package slip noting your 4 digit order number, and which items are being returned. Failure to do so may result in delays during the return process. 

To be eligible for a return, please note the following conditions:

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be RECEIVED or confirmed DELIVERED according to their tracking information provided at the date of return. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.

  • All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

  • When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items, must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 

Once the order is received, it takes 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account/payment method. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

  • This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
  • Orders which are returned-to-sender or otherwise experience a failed delivery are automatically eligible to be re-shipped. In most circumstances, such failed deliveries are due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If this is the case, our support team will reach out to request more information on your address so that we can have the order shipped back out to you. 
  • For orders which are lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments as a result of the address provided at the time being incorrect/incomplete, we are only able to re-ship the orders. Returns will not be given under these circumstances. 

Store Exchanges: 

Unless otherwise stated, all orders which are eligible for a refund are also eligible for an exchange.

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Book with obvious signs of use 
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
